USPS Priority Mail if within the United States.
USPS Airmail for other countries.

This delivery method will be via DHL. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package, but please note in most cases we have found that DHL is usually not faster than USPS Priority Mail.

* How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please note that it takes 1-2 days to process your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. Delivery times depend on the shipping service you selected:


STANDARD DELIVERY:
Within the United States, standard delivery is done via USPS Priority Mail which takes between 2-10 days. Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail. Most international customers experience shipping times between 5 days and 5 weeks. * Please note that standard shipment delivery times are not guaranteed and we can not provide tracking information.

4 DAY GROUND:
Shipping times are guaranteed and a tracking number is provided; you will receive your purchase no later than the seventh business day after your order has been processed. Available only within the United States.

2nd DAY AIR:
This delivery option is guaranteed; you will receive your order by 3 PM on the second business day following your shipment. Available only within the United States - cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses!

EXPRESS:
This delivery option is guaranteed; you will receive your order no later than 3PM the next business day after shipment is made. Available only within the United States - cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses!

Two important points regarding 2nd Day and Express Delivery:

1) In the event that an article in your order is no longer available (for example, if we ran out of stock) our Customer Service team will make every attempt to contact you by email or by telephone to suggest alternative choices. Should we not be able to contact you in time to ensure that your order ships within the time frame of your guaranteed shipment, we will use our best judgment to replace the product. In these instances, we will notify you by letter with your shipment to explain the changes.

2) 2nd Day and Express Delivery cannot be shippped to P.O. Box addresses. If you have entered a P.O. Box address and chosen 2nd Day or Express Delivery, your shipment is likely to be delayed and cannot be guaranteed. In this instance, or in the unlikely case we cannot ship according to the terms you selected within two business days of producing the order, you will be reimbursed the additional shipping costs and your item will be shipped via Standard delivery.
